Meet Billy Concept

So say hello to Billy ^^ Yet another little steampunk bot I have skipping round my mind saying "MAKE ME INTO A PENDANT, A PIN SOMETHING!!!"

And yes..he is patting his head and rubbing his Belly. And he's a little on the plump bot side, but I think he's kind of sweet
